Good advice given on first contact. Toshiba split unit was advised and installed very quickly. As previous reviewer stated, all packaging was removed and site left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

We had suffered from poor service from previous suppliers and servicing companies for our many refrigeration and air conditioning units. That is until we started working with Mac Marney.

This company does exactly what it says it will do and then some. Whether it is installation and servicing of air conditioning or refrigeration they are simply the best.

In particular one recent problem involved the failure of a display freezer at our busiest time. They came out promptly (at 7am) and on a further three occasions to ensure that a tricky problem was completed;y resolved.

I cannot praise the company or its staff highly enough.

Recently had Mac Marney install A/C throughout our home in a total of 10 rooms (six single room split systems and a one quad system for multiple bedrooms). They were professional and courteous, and did a commendable and tidy job working around us living in the house while the work was going on. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I chose Mac Marney to install a mix of wall mount and floor standing Panasonic systems after reviewing the products from Mitsibishi, Toshiba and Daikin along with quotes from local companies LGM, D-Air, and Kings Cooling. I chose the Panasonic as the best looking interior units with a good phone app to control all the units in the whole house, and Mac Marney to install them based on “a decent job for a fair price”, not simply “the cheapest quote”.

I’ve had it installed partly as a backup heating system for our oil boiler, but primarily for cooling in the summer when we have an excess of electricity from our solar panels. Energy prices are very volatile at the moment, but I calculate oil and electric are approximately the same price per kWh of *heat* with Oil at 88p/litre and electric at 30p/kWh (Obviously, solar electricity is free and Oil doesn’t do cooling !!).

They did a great job and I recommend them without reservation.

Great company to deal with from site survey to installation. The unit is very neat and cools and heats the room very efficiently. The installation chap was extremely polite and did an excellent job. Explained how to operate the unit before leaving and took away all packaging leaving a clean site. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant! Turned up when they said they would to quote, gave a good quote and squeezed us in for fitting within a week despite it being an incredibly busy time! The 2 guys that came to fit the air conditioning were great, really respectful of our house and did a really good, professional job. Perfect, thank you.
