Challenge
To provide a comfortable working environment for Medite House, an all glass, two floor office space. The running costs and carbon emissions were to be given priority within a fixed budget.
Solution
Mitsubishi RZ Ducted Systems, controlled by Mitsubishi's C50 controllers and linked to the internet by Mitsubishi's M2M interfaces allowing off-site monitoring of the systems.
Results
A fully working air conditioning system with the ability to control and fault diagnose over the internet via the 3G phone network.

As a result of the MMR being a Mitsubishi BSP they were able to offer the end user a three year comprehensive maintenance contract.
