Installing Air Conditioning Units – Our Service

Our service works in the following way:  On receipt of your enquiry we will arrange a site visit to review your requirements and design an appropriate solution for your building. Following this you will be provided with a fixed quotation for the supply and installation of your unit, and an estimate of the time it will take to complete. This varies according to the system and can be anything from one day to four months.

On acceptance of the quote we will arrange a time to install your new unit. All  Mitsubishi  units are  supplied  with a five-year after sales guarantee  when installed and maintained by ourselves .

Air Conditioning Unit Maintenance

We provide two levels of maintenance contract, which are preventative cover and comprehensive cover. Both contracts include two visits per year and all breakdowns are included. The comprehensive cover includes the cost of all parts.

Small Split Units

Small split units are ideally suited to small business premises and domestic properties. They provide an extremely cost effective method of heating the space and also give the added benefit of cooling the property in the summer.

Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) also known as Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV).

This type of system consists of a number of air handling units (possibly up to 48) connected to a modular external condensing unit.

The refrigerant flow is varied using either an inverter controlled variable speed compressor, or multiple compressors of varying capacity in response to changes in the cooling or heating requirement within the air conditioned space.

Key features include:

• A sophisticated control system enables switching between the heating and cooling modes
• In more sophisticated versions, the indoor units may operate in heating or cooling mode independently of others
• This latter arrangement offers potential energy savings when heating and cooling are required simultaneously in different zones
• This type of system requires no internal plant room space and offers great flexibility through the many types of air handling units available
• Applications vary from office, retail, hotel, luxury apartments, industrial, new and retrofitted buildings
