Quality of Service
We endeavour to make sure that all the products and equipment we
use conform to ISO 9002 or to the British Standards to ensure that our
customers receive high quality products.
We employ fully qualified and experienced engineers and make sure that they
are constantly being given the necessary training in order to offer irreproachable
services to our customers.
We give on-the-job training to our engineers and organise training programmes
with our suppliers on a regular basis, especially when there are changes in
the new products, so that our engineers are fully knowledgeable with the products
and offer reliable services to our customer.
In order to provide an even better service to our valued customers, we have
automated our office by investing in an Integrated Management Systems software
which is a network system, accessible to all the members of our staff. This
software, designed to meet the requirements of BS5750, helps our staff to have
complete control on everything which directly or indirectly affects the quality
and response time of our service, thereby offering an even more satisfactory
and rapid service to our customers.
We have expanded the business by moving to larger premises, increased the number
of staff and computerised our office. This expansion has largely contributed
in the high quality of our service.
